I had a wonderful experience getting waxed by Lia. She is incredibly warm and friendly, which put me at ease immediately. She kept up a lovely, light conversation throughout the appointment, so I never felt awkward or uncomfortable. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone professional yet personable
